Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Creative Sync Licensing Coordinator in Beverly Hills, CA 90210
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office) Beverly Hills, CA 90210
Schedule: 10am-5pm PST
Pay rate : $20-$23.48/hr
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with creative and licensing admin responsibilities to support Global Sync team
- Entering quote requests, confirmations and status updates into Sync Tracker
- Tracking rights confirmations and updating all necessary resources accordingly
- Logging and updating weekly TV Tracker with industry updates
- DISCO Maintenance – admin upkeep, metadata tagging, link creation
- Assist with ongoing projects:
- DISCO de-duplication - research and remove unnecessary assets in platform
- Historical sync log - entering past quotes and confirmation for import into tracker
- Other additional projects and tasks deemed necessary to support team
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelors Degree
- 1-3 years of sync experience
- Attention to detail, proactive, good listener, organized, eager to learn
- Knowledge of DISCO, Airtable, Excel, Outlook, Slack
- Experience/knowledge of creative sync licensing, music licensing, music supervision, music clearance, recording and publishing rights
