Paralegal
Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting in case preparation, ensuring all legal procedures are followed accurately.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings
- Manage case files and maintain document organization
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and vendors as necessary
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization
Qualifications - Paralegal Certification or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal role
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Familiarity with contract law and negotiation techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
