Description of the role:
The Fixed Operations Trainer at Eide Automotive Group is responsible for providing training and support to our corporate fixed operations staff. They will play a critical role in ensuring that our team members have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their positions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for fixed operations staff
- Assess training needs and create learning materials and resources
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to fixed operations staff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fixed operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in training and development, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of fixed operations processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Flexibility to travel to different locations as needed
