Are you a finance expert with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, coupled with 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance? We're looking for a dynamic Plant Controller to lead financial excellence at several facilities for one of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee month-end closing activities and full P&L responsibility, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
· Drive inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
· Lead in meeting or exceeding annual financial metrics, providing sound business analytics and recommendations.
· Leverage data for ad hoc analysis, supporting agile decision-making in response to opportunities and threats.
· Own cost improvement plans/projects, validating cost savings related to improvement plans and capital investment.
· Support financial planning, monitor compliance with capital expenditure requests, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial KPI metrics.
· Validate and implement key control environments related to ERP systems and administrative processes.
