Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a writer/editor, with a portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Communications or related field.
• Ability to create persuasive, action-oriented content that drives engagement and conversions through excellent communication skills with a keen eye for grammar.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
• Experience in SEO practices, including keyword research, site analysis, and link building.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and optimization.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and with internal stakeholders.
• A positive attitude with a "get-stuff-done" mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and content management systems.

Preferred:

• Experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Ability to translate content into Spanish (preferred), maintaining cultural sensitivity and linguistic accuracy.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and email communication tools i.e MailChimp, Constant Contact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write long and short-form content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, emails, brochures, and landing pages.
• Conduct thorough research and develop insightful blog articles to enhance SEO strategies and drive organic traffic.
• Collaborate with designers to create innovative content assets that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand identity.
• Proofread and edit content with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize content creation processes and enhance efficiency.
• Optimize website content for SEO and web traffic metrics, ensuring alignment with digital marketing strategies.
• Utilize content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HTML) to publish and update website content.
• Create and manage Google Sponsored Ads, display ads, retargeting ads, and analyze campaign performance.
• Collaborate with marketing on email campaign creation and management, focusing on engagement and conversion.
• Execute digital engagement and awareness campaigns across various platforms, leveraging digital best practices and data-driven insights.
