Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Construction Superintendents role located in San Diego County, CA. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction site management, ensuring construction safety, organizing projects, managing budgets, and implementing project management strategies.

Qualifications

• Construction Site Management and Construction Safety skills
• Strong Organization and Scheduling Skills
• Budgeting and Project Management skills
• 15+ years of experience in the multi-family construction industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
