We’re hiring an experienced Construction Site Superintendent!

Join our growing team and play a critical role in managing on-site operations, subcontractors, safety, and project logistics. If you’re detail-oriented, hands-on, and thrive in fast-paced commercial builds, we want to hear from you.

• Assist Project Manager in planning, bids, and scheduling
• Supervise subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Maintain safety, permits, and job site logistics
• Communicate field changes to engineers
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope

• 5+ years in commercial construction (supervisory role)
• Able to read blueprints (CAD knowledge a plus)
• Proficiency with MS Office; Procore preferred
• Strong time management & leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
• Must pass background & drug screening
• Willing to travel

💪 Physical Requirements: Able to lift 75 lbs, navigate construction sites, and work in outdoor environments.

💰 Compensation: Based on experience
