We’re retained by a respected commercial builder to identify a Project Manager trusted to lead high-value projects from preconstruction through final turnover.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall project profitability, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
- Lead preconstruction, GMP development, estimating coordination, and bid strategy
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, pay apps, and change orders
- Partner closely with Superintendents on safety, quality, and schedule execution
- Lead owner, architect, and OAC meetings
- Manage schedules (P6 / CPM), submittals, RFIs, and closeout
- Mentor and develop Project Engineers and APMs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience managing $20M+ commercial projects
- Strong financial, contract, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with P6, CMiC, Excel, and project management tools
- OSHA 30 preferred (or ability to obtain)
