Metric Geo is partnered with a leading civil contractor seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to oversee major sitework and infrastructure projects across the Southeast. This role leads multi-site field operations and supports divisions across South Carolina.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day field operations for grading, utilities, and structural work
- Lead and mentor Superintendents and Foremen
- Build and maintain project schedules; coordinate labor, equipment, and materials
- Enforce safety standards and ensure full OSHA compliance
- Run site meetings, resolve issues, and maintain client communication
- Review plans and contracts to guide field execution
- Support takeoffs, procurement, and production tracking
- Monitor job performance, productivity, and budgets
- Identify operational issues and implement improvements
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of heavy civil field supervision, including Senior Superintendent duties
- Strong background in site development and underground utilities
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Valid driver’s license; OSHA/PMP/CCM preferred
- Ability to travel to regional job sites
