CNC Machinist – Aerospace Industry
Location: St. Peters, MO
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $30–$35/hour
We’re seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with at least 5 years of experience to join our precision-driven team supporting the aerospace industry. If you’re passionate about machining high-tolerance components and thrive in a clean, organized shop environment, this is the opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce aerospace components to exact specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
- Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
- Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following ISO and AS9100 standards
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
- Experience with CNC programming (G-code, Fanuc, Haas, etc.) is a plus
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
