Clinical Data Manager Opportunity in Chicago, IL (60612)

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage data entry, analysis, and reporting processes. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy of collected data and the timely submission of reports to both internal teams and external organizations. The position involves monitoring data quality, identifying trends, and preparing reports that support decision-making and compliance requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain tools for effective data collection and management.
  • Compile and submit reports required by funding agencies and stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze productivity metrics to assess program performance.
  • Ensure adherence to data security policies and maintain confidentiality standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on data entry and reporting best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Prior experience in data management, including entry, validation, and reporting within a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in CAREWare, Cerner, and PROVIDE software is preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly those impacted by HIV.

Additional Details:

  • Location: Chicago, IL (60612 & 60452) - This individual will work between two different sites
  • Pay: $45K-$60K (Dependent on background and years of experience)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday; Normal Business Hours; Onsite 5 Days a Week
  • Duration: ~6 month (1,040 Hours) contracted probationary period into direct hire / permanent position
