- Follow up with patients across our nationwide locations to address issues and improve satisfaction.
- Respond to negative reviews or concerns online, maintaining a positive company image.
- Manage and enhance the company’s reputation by cultivating positive online reviews across multiple office locations.
- Create and present regular performance reports on reputation metrics and review trends to upper management.
- Listen actively to clients, providing a nurturing and reassuring experience, even in challenging situations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement solutions that enhance the client experience.
