Our client, a growing commercial cleaning company, is seeking a Janitorial Managr to join their team

Job Responsibilities

•Schedule and conduct customer visits

•Provide immediate response to customer inquires

•Assure subordinates meet all safety, quality and budgetary goals

•Assure completion and compliance with the company's quality program

•Review and control labor and supply costs within the area

•Assure compliance with all OSHA, MIOSHA and other governmental agencies regarding the safe work operations

•Will be interviewing, hiring and processing on-boarding activities

•Target areas of deficient and/or non-conforming cleaning, define and implement corrective measures to eliminate reoccurrence

•Frequently review customer activity where additional services may be needed

Job Qualifications

•3 years of management experience

•Knowledge of terminology specific to the commercial cleaning industry

•Proficient in a variety of software applications

•Ability to work with frequently changing priorities

•Ability to maintain diplomacy, confidentiality, and tact

•Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and motivational skills

•Must possess strong problem-solving skills
