Job Description

The Dog House in Bloomington, IN is looking for 1 dependable candidates to join our 26 person strong team for daily cleaning and upkeep. We are located on 1999 S Yost Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. Must be honest and not fearful of dogs. This position does not require working directly with dogs but around them. Flexible hours. Paid weekly. We have benefits.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows and slider tracks
• Wash walls and baseboards
• Clean and scrub doors and jambs
• Removal of excess dog hair
• Sanitize floors and K-9 furnishings
• Sweep, scrub, mop and vacuum floors
• Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery as needed
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated area
• Maintain health and sanitary requirements
• Keep a daily log and schedule of task completed

Qualifications

• Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
• Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
