Chief Scientific Officer
Hybrid Role, 3-5x per week onsite in Watertown, MA
Meet has partnered with an exciting, pre-IPO biotech that is developing treatments for hematological conditions utilizing an innovative cell therapy platform. They are looking for a CSO to join their team and lead their first IND filing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide scientific guidance on strategic and operating decisions, setting strategy, and performance goals.
- Manage scientific and research operations in support of IND filings
- Manage staff and set timelines, including scientific and regulatory training.
Key Qualifications
- PhD highly preferred
- 15+ years of managerial experience, research and industry experience required
- 4+ years of experience in a leadership function within a cell therapy organization
- Experience in cellular therapy required
- IND filing experience required
