Chief Program Officer
Location : Santa Clara, CA
Position Type : Full-time, Direct Hire, Onsite
Salary : $150K - $180K
Responsibilities
- Oversee department programs and ensure they meet contractual obligations and client needs.
- Analyze program data and implement improvements.
- Lead program expansion and design.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments.
- Oversee grants, contracts, and documentation.
- Manage data collection and reporting.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Provide daily oversight and support for staff.
- Maintain program capacity with respect to revenue and expenditures.
- Negotiate contracts with the CEO and CFO.
- Assist in developing the agency budget.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a non-profit or social services setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of social services, behavioral health, housing, and youth programs.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and teams effectively.
