📅 Internal Coordination

  • Manage the company calendar , aligning meetings, deadlines, and planning cadences.
  • Lead weekly staff meetings and 1:1s with team members to drive focus and alignment.
  • Draft and distribute regular investor updates on operations and performance.

📣 Talent Acquisition

  • Own select recruiting workflows including candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Help build a high-performance team aligned with Lumida’s vision and values.

What We’re Looking For

  • A hybrid operator-strategist who can go from high-level thinking to in-the-weeds execution.
  • Track record of success in consulting, business ops, or FP&A roles at top-tier firms.
  • Hands-on experience building custom CRM solutions , ideally in Airtable.
  • Passion for financial technology, operational excellence , and high-stakes decision-making.
