The Role

As Chief of Staff, you’ll be the CEO’s right hand — running daily operations, keeping every department aligned, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. From warehouse flow to team meetings, showroom projects to travel logistics, you’ll hold it all together while helping build the future of a world-class brand.

What You’ll Do

• Lead internal meetings, track deliverables, and make sure everyone stays on target
• Oversee warehouse, showroom, customer service, and logistics operations
• Build systems and structure across departments as we scale
• Manage the CEO’s priorities, schedule, and personal-professional handoffs
• Help build a culture of execution, excellence, and beauty

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in operations, executive support, or Chief of Staff roles
• Highly organized, great with people, and decisive under pressure
• A natural leader who can move fast and bring order to creative chaos
• Passion for interiors, antiques, or luxury design is a huge plus
• Must be based in Atlanta and work in-person daily

Compensation:

base + performance bonus + long-term growth potential
