Job Description
Our client is a boutique private equity firm. This role will sit on site Monday-Friday in the Manhattan office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the firm's founder with administrative tasks and project work
- Oversee projects of high importance, directing the workflow of other individuals within the organization
- Create operational processes and practices that drive efficiencies
- Attend meetings as requested, take detailed minutes, and coordinate follow-ups
- Provide strategic guidance
- Demonstrate expertise in a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures
- Identify and lead on-going training initiatives (e.g., best practices sessions)
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills required
- Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Must have a can-do attitude, proactive nature, and excellent follow up skills
- Proven ability to organize research findings and build presentations. Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Confidential and trustworthy – must use good judgment and discretion as needed
The annual base salary range is $150,000 to $225,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
