Job Description

Staff Management Group is seeking a Cherry Picker Operator for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule

• 1st shift: 8:30AM - 5PM

Pay Rate

• $17 / hour

Job Summary

The Cherry Picker Operator is responsible for consolidation and picking, packing, sorting, and stacking of product, plus perform other duties as assigned by management. 

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a cherry picker forklift to accurately pick and consolidate products from high racks.
• Pack, sort, and stack inventory according to order specifications and company standards.
• Use RF scanners or inventory systems to track product movement and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory support tasks when required.
• Report any equipment or inventory issues to management promptly.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Follow directions from supervisors and assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Job Requirements  

• MUST be bilingual in English AND Spanish (read and write)
• Must have their own transportation.
• Must be forklift certified.
• At least 3 years of forklift experience (Reach forklift experience a plus)
