Location: Garden City, NY | Hybrid: 3–4 days on-site · 1–2 remote
Compensation: $70,000-$96,250 per year + Health-care stipend

You’re an experienced clinician who loves helping clients and helping other therapists grow. At Abridged Psychology , we’re building a CBT-based community where confident clinicians create confident clients.
We’re seeking a CBT Therapist (Psychologist or LCSW) and Clinical Supervisor excited to blend direct client care with leadership and mentorship.
You’ll provide evidence-based therapy while supervising and developing early-career clinicians in a supportive, outcomes-driven environment.
What You’ll Do - Provide CBT therapy for children, teens, and adults
- Supervise and mentor limited-permit and early-career clinicians
- Guide case formulation, exposures, and parent-involved interventions
- Collaborate on training, onboarding, and continuing education
- Use AI-assisted note-taking and symptom tracking tools to streamline care
Who You Are - Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D./Psy.D.) or LCSW in New York State
- 3 + years post-licensure experience providing CBT or evidence-based therapy
- Confident in supervision, collaboration, and feedback delivery
- Excited to lead within a growth-oriented, team-based practice
