Chicken Salad Chick is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Catering Delivery Driver to ensure our delicious meals are delivered on time and with a smile! You will play a key role in representing our brand by providing excellent service while delivering catering orders to our customers. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for customer service, and love the idea of spreading joy through great food, we’d love to have you on our team!
Pay is negotiable and will range between $10.00 - $12.00 plus Tip Share
Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and deliver catering orders to customers in a timely manner
- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service at every delivery
- Ensure all orders are accurate, complete, and meet company quality standards
- Set up catering displays as needed, ensuring proper presentation
- Communicate effectively with the management and restaurant team regarding delivery schedules and customer requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering supplies
- Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines while driving
- Assist with light prep work or other duties in the restaurant when not making deliveries
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation with valid insurance
- Ability to lift and carry catering orders (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and some holidays as needed
