We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in PA/WV. As a Business Development Representative you will receive comprehensive training on our consultative sales process and have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced sales professionals who will help enhance your natural abilities and cultivate your sales strategies and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Gain knowledge & skills to grow sales territory by 20% year over year and to improve margins by 3%.
• Collaborate with sales engineers to meet sales goals and provide accurate quotes.
• Follow-up on outstanding opportunities within the power generation market
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with other colleagues, customers, and vendors.

Education/Requirements:

• Sales, Marketing, or relevant experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience in direct or outside sales a plus
• College education is not required, but it is a plus. High school diploma or Vo-Tech certificate will be considered.

Physical Requirements:

• Must live in the PA/WV area
• Must be able to travel locally
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
