Role Overview
Confider is seeking a Business Broker to source business owners looking to sell their companies. This is an exclusive position—Brokers work solely with Confider and benefit from the firm’s full M&A infrastructure and AI-driven deal flow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage business owners considering a sale
- Occasionally bring buyers interested in acquisitions
- Maintain and leverage an extensive professional network to source deals
Qualifications
- Financial acumen with the ability to speak the language of finance, valuation, and deal structuring
- Established network of business owners and dealmakers
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing lower middle market deals
- Local to Orange County, CA (preferred) – Confider HQ is in Irvine
