Job Description
Immediate opportunities for experienced Building Maintenance Engineers to support the maintenance of a commercial office property. These roles involve hands-on work with building systems to ensure tenant comfort and safety. These roles require some commercial building maintenance experience. We currently have several roles of differing experience levels. These roles require a background in commercial buildings (preferably Class A office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to tenant service requests.
- Assist in energy management and sustainability efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in building maintenance.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining commercial building systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Relevant trade certifications preferred.
