Job Summary: Earn a guaranteed hourly rate + 1% commission on all jobs sold (average $125 per sale, average of 6 sales per month) The Pj Brand Ambassador will play a key role in driving sales and marketing efforts for the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel (JBR) program within Costco Warehouses. Working closely with the Home Improvement Consultant (HIC) and Channel Sales Manager, the BA will be responsible for generating quality leads and driving awareness of the JBR program in the warehouses. The BA will also attend lead generating events when scheduled.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Generate quality leads for the JBR installation program, meeting or exceeding established productivity goals.
* Engage members within the warehouse, introducing them to the JBR program, pre-qualifying the member, and scheduling a free in-home consultation.
* Provide accurate product information to members.
* Set up and break down road show displays and help maintain the selling center with needed brochures and materials.
* Ensure the program displays are clean and literature is in stock for members.
* Attend road shows and home shows to promote JBR business to attendees.
* Perform other job duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
* Knowledge or experience in the home improvement, retail, or telemarketing field is preferred but not required.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills with flexibility of style to reach multiple audiences.
* Excellent relationship building skills.
* Good presentation and selling skills.
* Ability to initiate conversations with customers and accept possible rejection.
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to continuously stand or walk on a regular basis.
* Requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).
Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma and/or GED.
* 1 year of relevant experience.
Work Schedule: Full-time or part-time, flexible schedule.

Salary: $20.00 per hour, 1% commission on net sale of jobs sold
