Job Description
Our Client is a small, family-owned CPA firm in North Saint Johns, Florida. We work hard during tax season but enjoy a more relaxed schedule during the off season. We are looking for a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper to help us manage our growing workload.Must have Multi- entity accounting experience & experience with Quickbooks online and desktop. Must be located in Jax, FL **Please note, this role does not offer health insurance**
salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping - Data entry
- Bank reconciliations
- Inspection and adjustment of client general ledgers
- Processing and filing information from clients
- Preparation of payroll tax returns, W2’s and 1099’s.
- Preparation of sales tax returns
- Assist with management of administrative employee.
