PASSIONATE EXPERIENCED BARISTAS WANTED AT JOI CAFE

We are looking for experienced baristas - MUST HAVE ONE YEAR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY - full and part time hours available. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, hard-working, eager to connect & serve the community and must have a LOVE OF ALL THINGS PEOPLE & COFFEE. Must be available for weekend shifts. Daily shifts are between 6:30 am and 5:30 pm . We are open 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• *Connect with customers genuinely and professionally *Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Follow health and safety guidelines *Support your fellow teammates *help with food service/counter service/order taking

Qualifications

• *Specialty Coffee experience *Possess the drive to grow professionally and personally *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.50 - $17.00/hour.
