Position: Associate Project Manager
Location: Seattle/Vancouver hybrid role with 2-3 days in office required.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Associate Project Manager with expertise in the retail domain to assist in project coordination and ensure smooth execution. Familiarity with release management is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination Support:
- Support Program Manager and Scrum Manager in tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-ups.
- Assist program managers to track and monitor project budgets, ensuring forecasted expenses align with approved allocations.
- Retail Expertise:
- Coordinate retail-specific initiatives (POS systems, e-commerce, inventory).
- Support workflow analysis and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in retail-focused project coordination.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet or equivalent.
- Knowledge of retail systems and workflows.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Preferred:
- Experience coordinating release oriented tasks in support of larger programs
