🧠 About the Role

You’ll work closely with experienced litigators on diverse cases for individual and corporate clients . From drafting to trial prep, you'll gain hands-on experience and take ownership of your caseload. This is a temp-to-perm role based in our Westchester office .

📝 Key Responsibilities

• 📄 Legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery
• ⚖️ Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• 📚 Utilize Lexis-Nexis and legal databases
• 🏢 Collaborate within a team-driven office environment
• 🧠 Provide pragmatic legal solutions in complex litigation

✅ Qualifications

• 🎓 J.D. and bar admission in NY
• 📅 3–5 years of litigation experience Minimum (civil litigation preferred)
• 💬 Strong legal writing and research skills
• 🖥️ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• ⚖️ Prior experience in a law office setting
• 🔎 Detail-oriented and thrives under pressure
