Description:

Nichols, Jackson, Dillard, Hager & Smith, LLP is seeking an associate attorney with one to three years of experience to join our team in our Dallas office. This position will primarily be performing municipal court prosecution services for the firm's municipal clients. Other opportunities may include attending city council meetings and other public meetings, transactional work involving land use and development regulations, municipal ordinances and resolutions, economic development, vendor contracts, open records requests and real estate transactions. The position requires the ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of staff, city officials, government agencies and the general public.

Requirements:

• Currently licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 1-3 years of experience in practicing law
• Ability to make clear and convincing oral and written presentations
