🔍 Now Hiring: Litigation Associate (Hybrid | California Licensed)

💼 Full-Time | Employment Law | Civil Litigation

Are you a California-barred attorney with a passion for plaintiff-side advocacy? We’re a growing employment litigation firm fighting for workers in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases—and we’re looking for a sharp Litigation Associate (3–5 years' experience) to join our team.

This is a non-billable , remote role with flexible hours, performance-based bonuses, and hands-on litigation experience from day one.

⚖️ What You'll Do

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and write memos, mediation briefs, and demand letters
• Communicate with clients and conduct initial intake
• Attend court hearings and support trial prep
• Review and summarize case documents
• Collaborate on legal strategy with experienced attorneys

✅ What We're Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license, in good standing
• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience (employment law preferred)
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
• Self-starter who can work independently using firm templates and resources
• New attorneys with civil litigation training are welcome to apply
