My client is a Global Real Estate Investment Management Firm that is building out their US Teams and seeking someone to join their Asset Management Team, reporting to Head of US.
Seeking a candidate with deep real estate asset management, reporting, and strategy spanning Student Housing properties. This role will sit in NYC.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AM plans and strategy, capitalization, and financing, optimizing performance:
- Work with close network of business contacts and 3rd party vendors
- Prepare budgets and business plans including portfolio, and property performance
- Report to C-Suite; Strategic and Drive asset planning initiatives, maximizing portfolio efficiency and financial performance including leasing
- Assist and support acquisition team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or Finance degree
- 5 to 7 years of real estate asset management properties - specifically Student Housing properties
