Job Title: Aseptic Processing Technician
Location: Berkeley, CA 94701
Duration: 06+ Months (Contract possible extension)
Pay Rate: $18-$28/hr. on W2 (Without Benefits)
Job Description:
Join our team in the manufacturing of licensed, commercial sterile products in an aseptic environment using computer-operated equipment. Your role will involve various tasks such as facility and equipment cleaning, aseptic filling, lyophilizing, capping, preparing and sterilizing assemblies, tanks, and supporting buffer formulation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and sterilize assemblies, tanks, and various equipment.
- Support buffer formulation and the sterile bulking process.
Skills:
- Two years of college coursework in physical and/or biological sciences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Experience with aseptic A/B gowning and processing techniques.
- Familiarity with cGMP environments.
- Knowledge of software commonly used with Windows operating systems.
Qualifications:
- Two years of college coursework in physical and/or biological sciences or relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience in aseptic A/B gowning and processing techniques.
