FiveStrata is growing its Appointment Center in American Fork, UT. 

At FiveStrata, you will help interested customers connect with home service companies and auto dealerships around the country. As an Appointment Setter, you will set online, at-home, and walk-in appointments on both inbound and outbound calls. 

Day-to-day: Your main priority will be to make and receive calls to set appointments over the phone. This junior-level position is a great opportunity to develop your outbound sales expertise.

What you will do:

• Provide high quality customer service and set appointments for our customers.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in an efficient manner.
• Carry out any additional administrative tasks pertaining to appointment setting, such as meticulous record-keeping in our in-house CRM
• Work in-person at our office in American Fork, Utah

Who you are and what makes you qualified:

• Experience in a sales support or customer service role
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Excellent soft skills, including top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Driven to achieve performance targets, results-oriented
• Self-motivated and outgoing
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively

Hourly Rate: $16 - $18hr/ depending on experience.
