What You'll Be Doing:

• Primary focus on Accounts Payable: processing invoices, managing vendor communications, and ensuring timely payments
• Support Accounts Receivable: assist with billing, cash applications, and follow-up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Work closely with internal departments and external vendors
• Utilize QuickBooks daily for transaction management and reporting

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in AP/AR roles
• QuickBooks experience is a must
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Professional communication skills
