Job Summary: As an A&P Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the airworthiness of our fleet of aircraft. You’ll be responsible for performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, conducting thorough inspections, and completing repairs in compliance with all regulatory requirements and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure top-notch maintenance and safety.
• Communicate clearly and proficiently within the team.
• Interpret and apply technical data accurately.
• Maintain a well-organized and clean work environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working various shifts to support the team.

Qualifications:

• Must possess an Airframe & Powerplant license.
• A minimum of 3 years of recent General Aviation experience as a certificated A&P.
• Experience with Piper aircraft and G1000 avionics is preferred.
• Proficiency in making airworthiness decisions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and maintenance software.

Equipment & Safety:

• Proficient in using general office and shop equipment.
• Comfortable working with various tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in diverse environments.
• Strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
