JOB SUMMARY:Supervise children while in their care, knowing where they are at all times. Assist children with homework. Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment indoors and outdoors. Perform in accordance with policies and procedures of Youth Learning Academy.
JOB DUTIES:35% - Essential - Safety:
Ability to evaluate emergency situations and act decisively and protectively to resolve problems. Care providers need to be apprised of state laws on child safety procedures and creating a safe environment for children. Acts as mentors, and model good decision-making and social skills.
Education - High School or Equivalent

COMPENSATION INFORMATIONBand: 01 ($ 12.00-15.00 / hr)
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines .
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVELNormal Operations
Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations. JOB LOCATION:Pickens, SC
