Now Hiring !  Part Time or Full Time Activity Assistant| Onsite | $18 - $22 per hour  

Are you looking for a rewarding part-time job where you can make a real difference in the lives of seniors? Join our team and help us enrich the lives of residents through engaging activities and events. 

What You'll Do: Working closely with the Life Engagement Director, the Activities Assistant will help plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, celebrations, and recreational activities for our senior residents. From holiday parties and ice cream socials to bingo and workout classes, think holiday resort/cruise ship vibes! 

• You will foster a warm and inclusive environment and utilize your creativity and talents to bring joy and excitement to our community. 
• You will also help create and distribute promotional materials such as the monthly newsletter, calendar, flyers, and posters. 
• Help coordinate transportation for scheduled activities and resident appointments and may occasionally be responsible for resident transportation. 

What We're Looking For:  

• Valid State of Residence Driver’s License with a safe driving record. 
• Minimum education level: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). 
• Reliable and dependable individuals with the ability to learn, take direction, and grow. 
• Social and outgoing personalities – ESSENTIAL! You will be interacting and socializing A LOT! 
• Creative minds with talents to share – music, arts & crafts, games, food & beverage, fitness, gardening, knitting – almost any talent, hobby, or interest will do! 
• Energetic and enthusiastic about working with seniors. 
• Education, experience, and/or passion for Arts, Culture, Leisure, Events, Entertainment, Fitness, and Recreation is a MAJOR PLUS! 
• Knowledge of the Charlotte area and the local community, including events, activities, and current happenings. 
• Basic IT skills required, and proficiency in design software like Canva is a plus.
