ABOUT THE FINANCE ROLE

• Positive, enthusiastic, and winning attitude!
• Determine eligibility for, set up and maintain customer accounts
• Accept and apply customer payments
• Answer billing and payment questions
• Understand the Lien Waiver process
• Extreme attention to detail with the ability to stay focused and work hard
• Hold yourself and your team accountable for accuracy
• Answer calls from customers and team members with world-class hospitality
• Assist with other financial and office needs as requested
• As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members

YOUR PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong computer skills
• Accounting, collections, or finance background preferred
• Your background involves putting customers first
• You have been a HUGE contributor to the success of a team
